Train The Trainer

ACADTD has developed a program called Train The Trainer (TTT). This program is designed for both Companies and Colleges to train certain individuals on using our training material. This will allow those instructors then to teach their students or workers. ACADTD developed this program years ago when it made more sense for companies to keep their cost down. For ACADTD it made it easier to role out training to companies and updates to those companies or schools. When a trainer is identified they understand the culture and how the company’s or schools operates. With that understanding ACADTD working with that trainer can customize the material to fit the company’s needs while saving time not teaching material that may not be needed. This program also allows a single contact person that can work closely on issues that have been identified at the company and Pin Point Training (PPT) material can be developed for that area. Using the Aurora Method™, companies can roll out training material during and after work hours to reduce the amount of class time.
